Company owner, Rudy Barajas is a Massachusetts MCPPO Certified Owner’s Project Manager with public building experience in Massachusetts. Mr. Barajas’ experience includes LEED certified building projects and CM-at-Risk contract delivery method. In addition to total project management, Barajas CM Associates can offer a variety of owner support services including estimating, CPM schedule analysis, analysis of contractor claims and quality management. Mr. Barajas also has experience in the construction and renovation of sewerage treatment facilities, railroad transportation projects, bridges, roads, highways, utilities, athletic complexes and office buildings.
